We are based in Colorado! With coaches available in Boulder, Denver, Arvada, and Lakewood, we are available to be your support system. We look forward to working with you in this program that operates in-person and remotely. This integration program is designed to help you not only process your psychedelic experiences but also transform your life in practical, sustainable ways. This program offers a few extra options beyond a regular Transformational Life Coaching program, particularly the options to learn music, contextualization reality through mystical and religious teachings of sages past, and meditation and mindfulness. Pricing will be based on your means, as this service is a necessary component of the psychedelic renaissance. Generous donations are welcome to support our cause.

Music Exploration & Lessons

After certain experiences, you may feel merged with music. It’s a great idea to cultivate this, in order to really know that you are the music. Exploring, learning, and performing music can be very healing and provide a great means of self-expression. Whether you’ve always wanted to learn an instrument, explore singing, or discover new ways to incorporate music into your life, we offer:

  • Instrument Lessons: Learn to play and guitar, piano, percussion, harmonium, etc, and learn to sing along to your own compositions! We can also teach how to play collaborative music and kirtan. 
  • Music Theory, Improvisation, and Composition

Many people return from psychedelic experiences with deep existential questions about the true nature of reality. We offer guidance rooted in:

  • Vedic, Hindu, and Buddhist Wisdom: Explore sacred texts and teachings that help frame experiences of unity, ego dissolution, and divine consciousness. These ancient traditions acknowledge the potential of plants and substances as gateways to mystical experiences and heightened awareness, offering spiritual seekers paths to explore consciousness beyond ordinary reality. These traditions have a rich tapestry of lineages of sages who understand reality and find bliss within it. Our goal is to guide you toward a continual, perceptible experience of the divine, helping you maintain that sacred connection and integrate it into your daily routine, so that your life becomes a living expression of that inner truth. Depending on your level of experience, it may take some time, but with persistence and diligence, every human can achieve it. 
  • Breathing Practices: Explore breathwork that can help balance the hemisphere’s of your brain, calm yourself in times of overwhelm, process emotions, generally reduce stress, and with dedicated, persistent practice, control your life force.

  • Meal Planning: Discover ways to cook healthy, nourishing meals without relying on processed food. You can learn the strategies and techniques to become skilled in preparing meals that align with your wellness goals and long-term health.
  • Exercise Alignment: Find the type of physical movement—yoga, running, strength training—that energizes and balances you, according to your unique needs. Our goal is to find a movement routine that feels good for your body, mind, and soul. It should be immediately rewarding, and only feel like a new habit, not a chore!

Integration often requires the support of like-minded individuals. Sometimes we need to dump our old collection of friends and upgrade to higher vibrational beings. This can be challenging initially, as we let go of attachments and go through the whirlwind of drama that comes with letting go, but eventually it is rewarding and beneficial.
