Offerings
Meditation
Kriya House is a meditation center honoring the Kriya Yoga tradition passed down from Babaji to Lahiri Mahasaya. We reverently explore diverse spiritual traditions from Dzogchen, Taoism, Buddhism, Christian Mysticism, Gnosticism to cultivate divine connection in each individual, fostering the perception of the light within through meditation.
Integration
Whether you’re integrating mysterious aerial phenomenon, telepathic contact with Interdimensional Intelligence, or uncomfortable truths revealed during a deep dive with psychedelics, we are sympathetic to your situation. We have a multi-modal approach to integration that may help you through your paradigm shift.
Music
From kirtan, chanting, to reggae, medicine music, or prayerful bhajan song, we practice, teach, and love music. We will have weekly kirtan sessions starting in February, 2025. If you are interested in learning piano, ukulele, harmonium, or harmonizing vocals, get in touch!
Events
Our gatherings range from relaxing to off-the-wall, but is always a great mix of people connecting. We love to collaborate with artisans, musicians, and presenters for our speaker series. Join us or collaborate with us for workshops, presentations, and parties!
Soma
Mother earth has provided us with many mystical fruits that ancient mystics wrote about and now science is validating, and these tools for healing and liberation are available to all who are brave, curious, or driven to explore it. Psychedelic entheogens harken back to the ancient greek Kykeon used in the Elusinian mystery schools, as well as the soma used by followers of Rigvedic rituals, and the Indigenous Americans use of sacred medicines. It is for all of us, and we are so grateful to what it has shown us.
We welcome sincere seekers to join us in ceremony, for the purpose of ultimately realizing the all-pervading truth that that All-is-One.
Integration
It is with reverence that we prepare our bodies, psyches, and souls for the coming astral journey of death. We do this through Soma Ceremony from which we integrate through daily meditation, cleanliness in food, thought, word, action, vocation, and practicing crafts such as music and artistic expression.
We honor and respect the numerous pathways to the divine, as well as your individual journey and circumstance. We are here to help you navigate ideal ways to prepare before, during, and after ceremony. We are also here to help you, even if you didn’t prepare and journey with us.
Meditation
For Kriya Initiations, we guide you to the Masters. Paramahamsa Yogananda’s preliminary lessons set you up for success if you are new to meditation. Sent through Self-Realization Fellowship, the lessons culminate in a Kriya Yoga initiation. We also point to the Temple of Peace for initiations into Kriya Yoga, if you already have a consistent meditation practice and good contextual knowledge of the Yoga paradigm. Both organizations descend from Sri Yukteswar Giri, Lahiri Mahasaya, and Mahavatar Babaji, have temples right here in Lakewood, Colorado and offer Kriya Initiations.
At Kriya House, the founders practice Kriya Yoga, yet do not initiate anybody in the practice. We simply offer guided meditations and self-enquiry to support the development of your daily practice, encouraging and inspiring you towards spiritual growth, peace, and an increased perception of the love and light that is omnipresent.

Donate to Support the Kriya House Goals!
Our goal for 2025 is to enhance our indoor space and our outdoor garden for meditation and ceremony. We aim to host weekly kirtan, guided meditation, and enjoy monthly potluck gatherings, speaker series, spiritual discourse, and holiday events.
Our long-term goal is to create a financially sustainable model that can shelter many under our umbrella. We envision a permaculture retreat center a short drive from Denver—a sanctuary where healing, growth, and collaboration can flourish. This space will nurture a thriving food system filled with natural medicines, ecological housing, and regenerative water and energy systems, offering hope for a harmonious and evolved future.
Donations are tax-deductible, as we are a 508 ministry. Your receipt from Zeffy will contain everything you need to take advantage of this!
